Your first visit to our office will be an opportunity to get acquainted and to answer some of your orthodontic questions. During this first visit, our treatment coordinator will meet with you and review your medial and dental history. Dr. Irvin will perform a thorough orthodontic examination on you or your child. Diagnostic records may be taken at this first visit to determine the best course of treatment. Complete diagnostic records include taking photographs of the patient's face and teeth, impressions for study models of the teeth, and radiographs. This information is used to develop a custom treatment plan for each patient. These records are also helpful in tracking the progress of treatment as the teeth move during orthodontic care.

Appointments and Office Hours

Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us and if possible, please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.

Financial Options and Insurance

We offer a variety of convenient and affordable payment options tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients. Please bring with you to your first appointment a completed insurance form and information regarding any orthodontic coverage available to you. We will contact your insurance company to confirm any benefits and answer any questions you may have. Our staff will gladly handle the filing of all your insurance forms.
